Mann, Armistead & Epperson’s Ltd. Original Mission Statement from 1991:

“Our primary mission is to establish, cultivate and maintain meaningful corporate and personal relationships with middle market companies, both private and public in nature, that are driven by highly motivated entrepreneurs. If successful, this will allow us to provide certain investment banking and research services to qualified clients not only in the furnishings industry where we already have extensive experience and expertise, but also in numerous other industrial sectors where entities are seeking quality investment banking assistance from experienced personal.  We will deliver these services in a professional, ethical and efficient manner through knowledgeable, experienced and dedicated professionals and staff.  Provided we screen and select our clients and transactions properly and attempt to execute only those potentially profitable engagements which have, in our opinion, a high degree of successful probability associated with them, then we will be able to generate a great deal of “value added” benefit to our clients, properly compensate our valuable staff, provide an excellent workplace environment, have fun and generate an adequate financial return for our shareholders.”
